We are currently seeking a Sage 50 Accounts Administrator to join our lively, fun recruitment office based in the heart of Mumbles, Swansea. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator with excellence in Sage 50 within a small to medium-sized business environment.
The role will involve:
1. Checking and processing of sales invoices
2. Processing purchases
3. Conducting bank reconciliations
4. Generating reports
We require an individual with professional confidence to set up and maintain company records within Sage 50 Accounts. Applicants must have a sound knowledge of:
1. Sales and purchase ledgers
2. Nominal ledger
3. VAT returns
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis, and we are able to offer flexible working hours depending on the applicant's requirements. Please note this role is scalable. Should you be a qualified Sage 50 practitioner or company accountant, the position can be broadened to include payroll and management accounts; however, the primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate, discrepancy-free accounts.
If you are a recent accountancy graduate with experience in Sage 50, double-entry bookkeeping, accruals accounting, and VAT regulations, then this might be a perfect first commercial role.
