The Role
1. Providing assistance to fee earners
2. Preparing contract papers
3. Liaising with clients and estate agents
4. Land Registry applications
5. Dealing with sale enquiries
6. Ordering online searches
7. Chasing replies and instructions
8. Billing
9. Dealing with correspondence and ensuring all documents are accurately filed in the case management system
Skills
1. Well-organised and excellent administrative and communication skills
2. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
3. Friendly and professional attitude
4. Excellent Office 365 skills
5. Excellent IT skills – capable of using the firm’s case management system
