Job Title: Sales and Marketing Operations Manager Location: Hybrid working, 2 x days in Ballymena Office at the ECOS Centre Contract Type: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven and strategic Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to play a key leadership role in our organization. This position is critical in supporting sales and marketing functions by ensuring data accuracy, delivering high-impact reports for the senior leadership team and board, and driving data-led decision-making. Sitting within the Marketing Team (5 other members) and managing 2 direct reports, while closely aligning with the Sales Team, this role operates at the intersection of marketing, sales, and business strategy. Reporting directly to the CCO and Senior Marketing Manager, the role requires expertise in CRM management, marketing analytics, and sales reporting to optimize performance and shape commercial strategy. What you will do : Marketing Metrics and Reporting: Collaborate with leadership on data-driven marketing strategies. Maintain marketing dashboards and build new reports as needed. Analyse deal sources monthly to support strategic decisions. Update monthly KPIs/objectives for senior leadership. Provide market rate of change and customer journey analysis. Prepare data for quarterly meetings and ad-hoc reports. Act as main CRM support for the marketing team. Sales Reporting: Maintain target account lists. Support sales target setting using data-driven insights. Serve as the main data contact for sales and business development teams. Generate monthly sales reports, KPIs, and objectives. Prepare quarterly board reports and manage sales dashboards. Create ad-hoc reports including but not limited to forecasting, sales activity, and product line item reports. Update the sales and business development playbooks as needed. CRM & Commercial Process Management: Train and support new and existing CRM users. Manage user settings, billing, and data integrity. Fully understand and maintain the commercial processes set up in the CRM. Manage inbound lead assignments and automated data workflows. Oversee deal pipeline setups, including sales and existing business pipelines. Automate notification workflows for relevant stakeholders. Support MEDDPICC, sales forecasting, and product line item processes. Manage dashboards across all teams and oversee automated workflows. Maintain data accuracy and lead data enrichment projects in the CRM. What we are looking for : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Data Analytics, or a related field OR equivalent experience. 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing operations, and data analytics. Proven experience with managing a CRM platform and marketing automation tools. Experience in data analysis and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for strategic decision making. Demonstrated success in process improvement.
