Office Administrator Force Contracting is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team. Assist the Accounts Department with data entry and document management. Maintain and update the company’s training matrix. Liaise with multiple sites to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Arrange and schedule training for contractors as required. Handle office correspondence, record-keeping, and document control. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
