The role This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to play a role in the smooth running of Oxford High Schools Music Department. As a Music Administrator, you will undertake a range of general administrative responsibilities that will support the delivery of our extensive music provision. This will include providing key administrative support to the Director of Music, as well as assisting with the organisation of music rehearsals, exams and concerts. There will also be opportunities to assist students with music practice and to supervise pupils after school. Key to the role will be your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to maintain a high level of efficiency. Proven experience in office administration is required, however training in the different systems will be provided. You will also need to be able to remain calm under pressure, with the ability to multitask. A knowledge of music/skills as an accompanist would be beneficial.
