Summary:
- PAYE - guaranteed weekly hours & weekly pay
- £18.80 p/h PAYE + Rolled up Holiday Pay You will also get pension contributions)

- Must have SMSTS, HNC in Construction related subject & relevant experience.
About your new role:
We're recruiting a construction team leader / site manager to join our public sector client in Aberdeen.
Key to your new job in Aberdeen is to Supervise a multi skilled work force. You'll work with all main building trades and be responsible for:
- Supplying materials from the workshops to various housing projects
- Be involved in investigating/resolving concerns or complaints raised about standards of service or work.
- Attend meetings with various stakeholders including - contractors, specialist firms, local authority, etc
About you:
- The Construction Team Leader / Supervisor should have sound knowledge of social housing stock construction methods & building regulations.
- Gas Safe registered
- Good understanding of current Health and Safety issues and legislation
- Experience of risk assessments and method statements
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Word etc
- A UK driving licence
- Also important to have UK work experience in a similar role.
