About the Role Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance across the entire product lifecycle. From development and testing to manufacturing and audits, you’ll work closely with the Product Development team and supply chain colleagues in China to maintain the highest regulatory and quality standards. ✅ Key Responsibilities Ensure product compliance with all relevant UK, EU, and US regulations and standards. Guide the Product Development team on compliance requirements. Collaborate with supply chain teams and factory partners in China to meet compliance and quality expectations. Commission product testing, certification processes, and technical documentation. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and implement necessary updates. Maintain compliance records and support internal/external audits. Act as the go-to compliance expert across the business. Who We’re Looking For Proven experience in product compliance, ideally within consumer goods or giftware. Strong knowledge of UK, EU, and US regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across international teams. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset—balancing risk management with commercial practicalities.
