We are passionate about connecting talented individuals with local and national companies, and we're looking for a motivated, results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Southampton. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication with candidates and clients, and recruiting staff for the Social Care and Social Housing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients and candidates.
* Source, interview, and place candidates across various roles and industries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies.
* Develop a strong candidate pipeline using various methods, including social media, job boards, and networking.
* Negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our internal systems.
* Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Results-driven and target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player who is proactive and self-motivated.
* A genuine passion for helping people find their ideal career opportunities.
* Knowledge of recruitment processes and industry trends is a plus.
Qualifications:
* Recruitment and Consulting skills.
* Interviewing skills.
* Ability to work well with diverse populations.
* Experience in the Social Care or Social Housing sectors is a plus.
