The serviceyou will work in….
Working in our HR Servicecentre, this role involves HR administration for the whole employeejourney, from hiring to leaving. You will advise employees andmanagers on HR policies and processes, handle people changes anddata management, and ensure HR compliance with DBS checks andabsence tracking. You will work part time (19.5hours per week) onsite in Beaufort House, located in Aldgate,London, under the HR Service CentreManager.
A dayin this role looks like….
As a HRAdministrator at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in ourCentral Services Team. Your contributions will directly influencethe lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path ofempowerment and independence.
A day will neverlook the same and some of the things you can expect to do/beresponsible for are:
* Provide fullgeneralist people support for teams across the organisation andwithin the department.
* Respond to queries fromemployees and managers ensuring that the HR shared mailbox ismanaged effectively.
* Update employee data byundertaking work on personnel files, sickness records, employeerelations etc.
* Support the employees with thecompletion of periodical compliance checks including and notlimited to Right to Work, DBS, Referencing, etc.
* Support the HR Service Centre Manager with a range ofadministrative tasks including undertaking correspondence, settingup and maintaining files and spreadsheets, ad hoc projects anddevelopment work, etc.
* Input all people changeinformation into the HR systems in time to monthly payrolldeadline, and to produce employee change letters resulting fromsuch change.
* Support the HR Service CentreManager with any administrative tasks associated with therestructuring or TUPE processes from beginning to end includingproviding data (as requested) to colleagues (Human ResourceBusiness Partyers) and take an active role in consultations,including attending meetings (as required), arrange pre employmentmeetings for TUPE colleagues, ensuring the whole administrationjourney is completed.
* Review and maintain HRcontent on Hestia Nest every quarter and update policies asappropriate, as per guidance from HR Service CentreManager.
* Provide administration for RewardGateway, including and not limited to update records on the system,for long service recognition and reviewing benefit applications inline with current procedures.
* Create/produceregular reports for monitoring and management purposes from thesesystems as well as various monthly reports.

Experience of working in aHR department provide service to a mid sizeorganisation.
* Working knowledge of EmploymentLaw and generalist HR working practice, policies andprocedures.
* Professional communication skillsboth in written and spoken English.
* CompetentIT skills with a good understanding of MS Excel & Word and HRISexperience is desirable but not essential.
* Experience of dealing with day to day queries and havinga customer focused attitude.
* Efficientadministrator who can demonstrate attentions to details.
* Be able to work under pressure and deliver a high-volumeworkload.
* Demonstrate a flexible and proactiveapproach to work.
