We are currently looking for a Secretary / Office Manager to be based at their head office in Salford. This role is initially on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Processing referrals into the service
* Inputting referrals into the electronic database
* Processing and filing invoices
* Booking client interviews
* Taking support charge and recording payment accurately
* Managing the office diary
* Scanning, filing, and shredding
* Recording housing benefit payments from schedules and spreadsheets to the Housing Manager
* Collating maintenance tasks
* Ensuring ex-tenants' post is returned to sender
* Ordering stationery and other commodities
* Maintaining two small offices
* Emailing and liaising with company partners
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is organised, diligent, and has the ability to multitask within a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be computer literate and ideally have experience of inputting and maintaining data and spreadsheets. Experience of general office management would be beneficial for this role.
