Role Overview:
We’re seeking an International Sales Manager to drive our growth across global markets. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships, managing international accounts, and meeting ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver agreed sales targets and business objectives in collaboration with the Eatlean Business Director.
2. Account Management: Oversee and enhance satisfaction for existing customers, ensuring top-tier customer service from timely deliveries to technical support.
3. Promotion Planning: Develop and execute promotional plans aligned with budget and sales objectives.
4. New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand Eatlean’s market presence.
5. Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain an accurate sales forecast and provide monthly sales reports compared to forecast and budget.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
7. Export Knowledge Hub: Build expertise in processes associated with exporting products of animal origin.
8. Administrative Management: Ensure precision in sales-related administration, including price files, order tracking, and promotional records.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Industry Experience: Minimum three years in a sales role, ideally within the cheese or food & drink sectors, with international export and account management experience.
2. Language Skills: Fluent in English; German or French proficiency is a plus.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and IT-savvy.
4. Driving & Work Eligibility: Valid UK or EU driving license; legal right to work in the UK.
5. Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel internationally for customer visits and trade shows.
