. About the role DS Smith have undergone an ambitious change programme to transform support functions (Finance, Procurement and Plant Maintenance) across multiple regions in Europe and now the US. This involves the implementation of new technology, new processes, changes to organisational structure and several efficiency projects. In order to maintain this change DS Smith have a Global Process Improvement team and are currently recruiting for a R2R Global Process Controller (GPC) to provide process and technical guidance and support to the regions. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for both external and internal support parties, acting as a representative for the business, ensuring adherence to a common design, governance principles and company policy. They will also have a key role in driving standardisation and promoting improvement ideas.
