Five main role responsibilities:
* Maintain and set up Customer Master Data records adhering to group guidelines. Create and change Sub-debtor accounts and liaise with the sales force when required.
* Conduct credit checks for prospective new customers and respond within timelines.
* Post payments via FEBAN and allocate payments to Customer accounts, liaising with the team regarding unposted payments.
* Monitor credit and make changes to Customer accounts when required.
* Perform ad-hoc reporting and administration duties to support the wider team when required.
Your profile:
* Credit/Finance Administration background.
* Excellent communication skills via email and telephone.
* Intermediate Excel Skills.
* Knowledge of SAP is desirable, but full training will be provided.
