Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Professional to join our team at University College of Estate Management (UCEM). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HR advisory and administration, with a strong focus on employment lifecycle management.
The successful candidate will advise employees and line managers on matters related to terms and conditions of employment, as well as coordinate and administer HR work. Key areas of responsibility include variations to contracts of employment, flexible working requests, induction processes, leaver processes, mandatory training, and advising on HR interventions and processes.

Excellent digital skills, organisational abilities, and confidence in managing a varied workload are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary and Benefits: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working arrangements and generous holiday allowances.
