Job Description:
Are you looking for a role within a company that treats you like the professional you are? A company that assesses you, not the number of calls you make or the amount of time you are on the phone, but on the quality of the calls and delivery of services accordingly.
Surecall Medical is part of the Surecall group of companies, providing services across the Healthcare, Transport and Logistics sectors. Surecall has been trading for over 20 years.
Surecall Medical's ethos is to provide professionalism, transparency, honesty, and quality. We are an NHS Framework supplier for Nursing, Medical Locums, and Allied Health Professionals. Our Care division provides workforce solutions to Care Homes, Care Providers, and Public Homecare contracts.
We are looking for professionals with a current track record of experience within Business Development and Account Management for the NHS. You will have worked, or be currently working for, an NHS Framework Agency. You will report to the Director of Healthcare who brings over 25 years of experience to his role with unrivalled drive, energy, and enthusiasm. In addition to creating successful teams built on hard work, professionalism, and quality, we add enjoyment. Healthcare recruitment is a busy, fast-moving environment, and we spend a big chunk of our days working, so it is important we enjoy that time.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Make pre-determined targeted calls to acquire new business and maintain existing business.
* Independently onboard new clients and turn new clients into key accounts.
* Agree on appropriate terms of business and charge rates effectively in line with trusts and framework requirements.
* Provide clients with information, advice, and support.
* Work with the booking team to ensure delivery of services.
* Monitor workers' performance and collect feedback from clients accordingly.
* Expand opportunities and services within the clients.
* Assist the booking team with recruitment when required.
* Regular client and candidate interactions, maintaining excellent communication and relationship-building skills throughout.
* Contribute positively to team performance goals and maintain personal statistics for review.
Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
