Job Title Communications Associate, Website & Reporting Management (18 month secondment) Department Client & Marketing Services-BG-UK Overview of Department Purpose of Role To maintain and develop the firm’s client and marketing relationships through management of all website content across external facing platforms and oversight of effective reporting. Responsibilities Production and delivery of reporting and content across digital platforms. Including but not limited to: Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining digital content. Review briefs for new digital content, collect requirements and engage collaboratively with internal stakeholders. Assist with effective planning, delivery and execution of the firms digital marketing initiatives. Manage the development and implementation of new wireframes, designs, and enhancements through review and signoff, working closely with UX and External Web throughout and conducting final UAT. Production of timely technical marketing documents e.g. factsheets and fund quarterlies. Completion of bespoke client reports; support template creation and maintenance for department. Ownership of client periodic reporting cycles; responsible for pre-month end checks, report structures, manual edits, setup of new client take-ons, ad hoc issues and ensuring report completion. Facilitate production of ad-hoc reporting including take-on/take-off reports for segregated clients, transition reports and re-org reports as required. Consistently deliver accurate, high quality output, demonstrating understanding of the requirements of the team. Ensures consistency of both message and style. Capable of peer checking others work. Proactive communication with relevant stakeholders; maintain a network of effective relationships with colleagues at all levels as well as external contacts. Continually works to strengthen relationships. Responsible for training, developing and mentoring new and existing team members, providing general guidance and direction. Ensure clear and accurate tagging and controls within Digital Asset Management tool. Proactively contribute ideas, drive change, continuous improvement, and digital transformation. Maintain knowledge of latest creative industry standards and trends, Maintain knowledge of current regulatory practice. Authorise financial promotions as required. Assist in department/inter-departmental projects as required.
