Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage user accounts, email services, and permissions. Oversee and optimize remote monitoring and management of client environments. Provide remote desktop support across PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. Deploy and configure new IT equipment. Maintain and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange and Teams. Manage file and folder permissions for secure access. Contribute to technical documentation and best practice guides. Conduct on-site client visits to deliver hands-on support. Work with third-party application vendors to ensure seamless integrations. Handle networking and security, including VLANs, firewalls, and network segmentation. Administer antivirus, anti-malware, and mail filtering solutions. Oversee backup and disaster recovery, both physical and cloud-based. Troubleshoot complex server and network issues. Assist in building and maintaining server infrastructures (physical, virtual, and cloud-based). Act as an escalation point for junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance. What Were Looking For: Experience: 4 years in a similar technical support role. Strong background in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server ). Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure. Hands-on experience with firewalls, networking, and Active Directory. Knowledge of antivirus, anti-malware, and email security solutions. Understanding of server hardware and virtualization technologies. Skills & Attributes: Passion for delivering excellent customer service. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Full clean driving license required for client site visits.
