Venture Motion are a leading boutique digital automation agency based in the heart of Manchester, specialising in providing bespoke digital automation development and SaaS solutions to businesses across the UK and internationally.
Their solutions are designed to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth for their clients. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice to join their team and support their digital marketing efforts.
Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive Apprentice, you will play a vital role in assisting the ops and product teams with brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement activities. You will coordinate various digital marketing tasks, collaborate with internal teams, and support the implementation of digital strategies that align with the business objectives.
Key Activities:
* Email Marketing Support: Assist in the creation, setup, and deployment of ongoing outbound email campaigns, newsletters, and client communication to enhance engagement and customer retention. Understand and report on the metrics of each email marketing campaign.
* Content Creation: You will assist in creating a range of content ranging from videos, podcasts to graphics and working alongside the SEO and content team to repurpose their content into engaging media.
* Social Media Coordination: Work with the rest of the team to develop engaging social media content, schedule posts, and monitor activity to grow brand presence across platforms.
* Content Calendar Management: Help maintain a content calendar, coordinating digital marketing activities to ensure consistency and coherence across channels.
* Website Updates and Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining client and their own website content to enhance user experience and optimise for conversions.
* Marketing Collateral Support: Help create and organise a library of marketing materials, such as presentations, case studies, and brochures, to support marketing and sales initiatives.
* Client Reporting Assistance: Contribute to the preparation of marketing performance reports, providing data and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and preparing timesheet reports.
* Social and Marketing Trends: Assist in monitoring market trends and customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
* SEO Assistance: Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with content and technical teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
* General Ops Assistance: Assisting the Ops team with high level QA testing ensuring the client project/ task objectives are met to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in crafting marketing messages. Able to articulate ideas and messages effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst being able to adapt to shifting priorities.
* Prefer a candidate that is well versed in social media and has the finger on the pulse when it comes to social media trends.
* High attention to detail and you will be highly organised and an excellent time keeper.
* Prior experience in a digital marketing environment, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment is a major plus.
* Experience in editing videos (Even if done on mobile) and putting together creative content is a major plus.

Entry requirements:
* A-C (4-9) English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
* A passion for social media and digital content!
Training to be provided:
The Juice Academy is an industry-led apprenticeship training provider based in Castlefield, Manchester. The training is delivered by industry experts marketing agency Tangerine Communications. The Juice Academy training is face-to-face learning in the academy, and some online delivery via Zoom. Further afield apprentices can join remotely. Apprentices will also receive the on the job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. The Juice Academy is part of the Apprentify Group, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.
