An exciting opportunity has become available within an established and successful Single-Family Office who are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in London. Working closely with external and internal stakeholders, including the Principal and their family, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and supervision of the family’s personal operations and assets. Key Responsibilities: Have close liaison with the Principal and members of the family who are involved with the family office. Partner with the Property Management Consultant to ensure effective management and maintenance of properties, ensuring spend is tracked and approvals managed. Third-party contractor oversight and management, including reviewing contracts and proposals. Own monthly family office reporting process to the Principal and family members and manage ongoing communication. Household staff management, including housekeepers, chef, driver, gardeners, and facilities managers. Family administration and ad-hoc requests, including working with concierge services. Project manage across lifestyle assets, including maximising income from certain assets. Personal asset management. Manage operational budgets and invoices. Skillset and Experience: Previous experience in an Operational Family office role. Experience within a financial setting would be advantageous. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Demonstrable experience of structured and delivery focused project management. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and creative skills with the ability to take ownership for process improvement. An excellent communicator with ability to consolidate and report information in a clear, timely, transparent and organised way. Resilient and analytical with good attention to detail. Comfortable working with international team members. Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
