Ilford, Essex | £25,000 – £28,000 per annum | Permanent, Full-Time | Hybrid Role
Are you passionate about customer service and confident on the phone? A fast-growing mortgage company is seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to provide outstanding support to customers, brokers, and partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, customer-focused team, with hybrid working available after probation (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage pre-application and post-completion customer interactions.
* Support customers through the house-buying process, ensuring they are fully prepared.
* Schedule and manage broker diaries, appointments, and follow-ups.
* Maintain relationships through CRM systems, introducer networks, and social media.
* Confidently handle inbound and outbound calls, providing 5-star customer service.
* Nurture and build strong customer relationships.
* Prioritise multiple tasks and assist other business departments when required.

* Excellent customer service skills with a strong ability to build relationships.
* Confident and comfortable on the phone, handling customer queries professionally.
* A self-motivated, driven, and proactive approach to work.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to problem-solve efficiently and work independently.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Positive and enthusiastic mindset, willing to contribute ideas and improvements.
