Here’s what we offer: Competitive Salary Discounted Holidays at our picturesque UK holiday parks Discounted meals at on-site restaurants 30 Days Holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 35 days with service Company Sick Pay Pension Scheme & Life Assurance Continuous Training & Development Opportunities Be part of a company with 90 years of family values and a commitment to sustainability What You’ll Do As a Guest Relations Advisor, you will: Act as the first point of contact for owners, providing friendly and professional support Assist with onboarding new owners and ensuring they understand park amenities, rules, and procedures Manage owner accounts, billing queries, and keep accurate records Log and follow up on customer feedback to improve service and resolve any concerns Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping, and park management teams to coordinate support for owners Handle incoming queries by phone, email, or face-to-face, ensuring they are dealt with or passed to the correct department Deliver a warm and welcoming guest experience from arrival to departure Manage complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary Monitor visitor access and help maintain a safe and secure environment Provide general office support and maintain the reception area to a high standard Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a professional, personable, and proactive individual with: Previous experience in customer service or administration, ideally within hospitality or property management Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving Solid IT skills including Outlook, Teams, and ideally ParcVu Why Choose Haulfryn?
