This legendary Creative Agency, renowned for being at the forefront of the industry, is looking for a talented People Business Partner to join their London office. Based in their central London offices four days a week and from home one day a week, this role would suit someone who has worked within an HR/People team in the past and is used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties for this role will include, but are by no means limited to:
* Supporting Senior Talent Team with HR-related matters
* Performance management, including goal-setting, evaluations, and employee development plans
* Resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws
* Partnering with leadership teams to drive change initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
* Identifying training needs and partnering with internal/external resources to deliver impactful learning solutions
* Partnering with L&D Teams to work on various value-added programs within different departments
* Consulting with line management, providing HR guidance where appropriate
* Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
* Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Talent Partner
* Assisting with wider HR tasks as and when required
This diverse and challenging role will require someone who has vast HR knowledge as demonstrated by CIPD Level 5 or above. You must be comfortable working on your own or as part of a team while showing knowledge of UK employment law and excellent conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
