Due to various internal projects they are looking to add resource to their Payroll team, initially on a temporary basis for 6 months with the opportunity for a permanent appointment.
Edinburgh City Centre - hybrid working
Salary £28-32k
Responsibilities
1. Manage biweekly/monthly payroll processes; prepare payroll submissions for the outsourced providers, and thoroughly review and reconcile changes for these payrolls
2. Data entry for the inhouse UK payrolls
3. Liaise with vendors, advisors to ensure the processing of payrolls
4. Co-ordinate with international payroll counterparts to ensure smooth transactions for transferring/ expatriate employees
5. Support the annual compensation/ salary & bonus process. Conduct thorough checking to ensure the accuracy of data in payroll
6. Administer the annual adjustments/ increases to payrolls for salary and bonus purposes
7. Compile, reconcile and submit monthly pension returns
8. General administration and mail box duties

9. Experience of working in a fast paced payroll position
