Responsibilities
1. Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications and drawings.
2. Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join materials effectively.
3. Utilise hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
4. Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with standards.
5. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and improve processes.
Skills
1. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings.
2. Proficiency in fabricating metal parts using various welding techniques, particularly stick welding.
3. Experience working with sheet metal and assembling components accurately.
4. Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
5. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
6. Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.

Pay: Negotiable for the correct candidate.
