Behaviour Buddy
This role is ideal for individuals aspiring to gain experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or pursuing careers as Youth Workers, Probation/Prison Officers, Psychologists, Therapists, or SEN Teachers.
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Behaviour Buddy to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one support to children with special educational needs;
* Developing and implementing personalized behavioral plans;
* Collaborating with teaching staff and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support;
* Supporting the emotional and social development of students.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, understanding, and a passion for helping children with SEN.
The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
