Job summary We are seeking for two senior administrators to join the children's community nursing services administration team. The post holder will be predominately responsible for the provision of administrative support to the Community Children's Nursing Team. This is a permanent 30 hours a week post, working Monday to Friday. A slight reduction in hours will be considered. The Children's Community nurses support children and young people (CYP) and their families across Cornwall. They offer support in a variety of ways, holding nurse clinics, home visits, telephone reviews and supporting education settings. The post holder will need to be flexible in their approach, a good communicator and have the ability to manage and prioritise their workload. Main duties of the job The main duties of the job include: communicating with families and professionals via phone and email, packing and sending out consumables for families, liaising with other professionals to gather additional information for the clinical team, overseeing the completion of Rio essential information, typing letters and reports as directed, diary management, scanning and entering confidential information on to the computer systems and supporting the Team Manager in basic workforce tasks.
