Do you have a passion for creativity and the community? Would you like to support Theatr Felinfach’s site and activities? Theatr Felinfach is at the forefront of community, bilingual arts. We are looking to appoint a Caretaker for the Felinfach Theatre Campus who will contribute to community buzz and support the use of the site and resources of the theatre and campus.
The Caretaker/Groundkeeper will be responsible for:
* Opening and closing and ensuring the safety of the Felinfach Campus site;
* Preparing rooms and resources for employees and users of the theatre and campus;
* Maintenance of the buildings and resources;
* General maintenance of the land around the site;
* Managing and monitoring the site’s heating and fire safety systems;
* Traffic management at busy times on campus;
* Assisting the catering team with shop sales during show breaks;
* Assisting the artistic team in creating resources/occasional props.
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, bilingual person who has:
* Excellent practical skills;
* Flexibility to respond to various situations;
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Good organizational and coordination skills;
* Full driving license and use of a car.
