A bit about the job:
As a Data Analytics Manager, you will lead data-driven initiatives to help uncover risks for our Internal Audit function. You will analyse complex datasets, build predictive models, and create visual insights using visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI. Your role involves collaborating with internal audit stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translating them into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with experience in machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP), is essential. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analytics, experience with at least one data visualization tool like Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI, and knowledge of machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP). Experience in data engineering or a strong programming background is a plus.
2. Analytical and Technology Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. Passion for technology and ability to solve complex problems using technology.
3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

1. Salary Circa £60,000 National / £65,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
