Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Systems to manage the ongoing operation, efficiencies, implementations, and upgrades of a housing management system for a respected & established social enterprise in the midst of a digital transformation programme. The main purpose of the role is to ensuring housing application are supported & maintained; proving a product management approach to technical updates, system configuration and service improvements; and supporting continuous improvement. Further day-to-day activities will include stakeholder management and reporting; third-party supplier management; product roadmap creation and maintenance; project management; support service provision; maintenance of super user network; data integrity and security; best practice and documentation. Essential Experience working in a Product Manager/Lead, Business Systems Manager, Applications Manager, Applications Team Leader, or Line Management capacity Experience working in an applications consultancy or implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build, configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications. Business/Systems Analysis experience or in delivering Transformation and Change relating to systems and processes. A good understanding of data frameworks, security, and GDPR. Experience working with one or more Social Housing Management Systems (Such as MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, NEC/Northgate Housing, Civica Cx, Capita ONE/OPENHousing, MIS ActiveH, or similar). Desirable Training BI Reporting (using one of SSRS, PowerBI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, etc) SQL scripting for data interrogation As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing requirements and resources.
