Robert Half is recruiting for 5 Call Handlers on behalf of a growing Health advisory company.
The role will be office based and is a permanent position within the Call Handling team. The salary on offer for this role will be starting at £22,781 then rising to £25,000 on completion of training.
This role will entail speaking with customers who are seeking advice and offering them support for their circumstances. You will be working as part of a team to ensure high quality service and with an empathetic approach.
Specific duties will include:
1. Provide professional but empathetic service throughout the call
2. Able to anticipate the customer need and action to ensure process is managed in its entirety
3. Support customers through the call providing options and guidance
4. Ensure a solid understanding of the procedure to be able to give customers accurate and consistent information
5. Maintain accurate records on the system ensuring making sure the highest standards of data integrity are upheld
6. Work with wider team to resolve complex issues & escalate issues where needed
7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exception service
You will need previous experience within one or more of the following: Call Centre Roles, Customer Service, Account Management
