A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Primary SEN Teacher to join a specialist school catering for students with autism, communication and interaction difficulties. The Role:
We are looking for a committed teacher who can:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with complex SEN
* Create a positive and inclusive environment that supports students’ learning and wellbeing
* Use a range of teaching strategies to promote communication, social interaction and independence
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to deliver a holistic approach to education
* Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
* Experience in primary or early years education, with a strong understanding of autism, language acquisition and child development
* A flexible, positive approach with a passion for working with children with special educational needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with parents, carers and professionals
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to embrace new teaching methods
