Behaviour Mentor required to provide 1-2-1 and small group support for Key Stage 4 students with SEMH needs. Do you have experience supporting young people who have struggled to engage with education, or experience supporting children within a residential care setting? This brilliant SEMH school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor to provide ongoing support across Key Stage 4. As a Behaviour Mentor at this school, you will be joining a wonderful pastoral team who are dedicated to making a difference. Students at this school have a variety of SEMH needs and make outstanding progress with the support form an experienced team of teaching and support staff. Leadership are outstanding and have recently been recognised for their outstanding contributions to the SEMH sector. This role requires a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant who has previous experience in this sector and is passionate about breaking down barriers toe education!Job Role:
* Supporting challenging behaviours on a 1-2-1 basis
* Working as a Behaviour Mentor / Teaching Assistant
* Acting as a positive role model for students
* Delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions focused on communication and behaviours
