We have an exciting opportunity to join our QA team at Hardwick Grange Depot in Warrington as a Depot QA Administrator
The hours for this role are:
Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm / 8.30am to 4.30pm
Every other Sunday but you will receive the Friday off to compensate
Overall Purpose:
To carry out all required administrative tasks around Depot QA Team product assessments and associated actions taken and to issue comms around these to internal and external stakeholders.
To ensure suppliers, trading teams and the Depots are kept informed of product non-conformances and rejection notices and product position at all times, this being done with prompt communication and accuracy to deliver excellence and efficiency in all administration, reporting and communication activities.
Supporting the QA Lead in the completion of associated administrative tasks to assist delivery of key improvement projects.
Knowledge
1. Collation of information from suppliers, trading teams, category technical lead, the depots and the depot QA teams and formatting this to assist accurate review and efficient action.
2. Ensuring associated stakeholder groups are provided with the information required to deliver safe and legal products of the right quality and enable maximised availability.
3. Communication of the outcome of inspections as appropriate & reviewing the content of the inspection reports to ensure it is to the correct standard – ie no missing information.
4. Accurate completion of associated documentation in a timely manner and maintenance of the databases.
5. Ensuring suppliers, trading teams, category technical leads and the Depots are informed of any non-conformances or rejections in a timely manner, following the processes in place with great attention to detail.
6. Communication of results and required follow up activity to relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution to issues raised and escalation where necessary.
7. Production and distribution of reports from relevant data sources to deliver key information to drive performance.
