Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to emergency and maintenance jobs
* Install and remove smart meters (SMETS2) in domestic properties
We strive to provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely completion of all jobs and keeping customers informed about the benefits and safe usage of their smart meters.

* £37,823 per annum basic salary, with realistic OTE of £48k (£40,974 if living in London inside the M25)

Requirements:
* CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 certifications with MET1 or NVQ Level 2 Smart Metering Dual Fuel
* Experience installing gas and electric smart meters
* MOCOPA experience to multi-rate level, with 3-phase skills beneficial
* Registration on the EUSR portal is desirable but not essential
* Effective customer service skills
* Full manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
