The role’s primary responsibilities will encompass:
1. Working together with the Paid Media Manager to implement RI's Paid media Strategy
2. Offering support and advice to our markets on optimization strategies for Paid Search management and best practices
3. Contributing to the strategy and planning for enhancing and maximizing the Global ROI of Paid media
4. Executing paid search conversion rate tests, collecting performance data, and utilising insights to drive optimisation activities in global markets
5. Creating and maintaining best practice documents and guides to share with markets
6. Actively testing, evaluating, and maximising the efficiency of Google product betas and integrating successful ones into best practices
7. Maintaining strong relationships with markets, keeping them informed of campaign progress and success
8. Monitoring, analysing, and providing detailed reports and recommendations on paid media performance for markets, including audits and ROI analysis
9. Investigating account and agency issues and identifying best-practice resolutions
10. Supporting Quality Score improvements across accounts
11. Sharing paid search insights with the SEO team and other digital channels
12. Using organic search insights to inform paid search strategies
13. Setting up and managing accounts or campaigns as needed to drive acquisition
14. Leading the creation, development, and management of paid landing pages, collaborating with UX/CRO to test new features and implement proven features on the main website
15. Assisting with expanding into other paid marketing channels, such as Paid Social, Local Service Ads, Display, and Video advertising
