Key Responsibilities: Overseeing site operations within a 50-mile radius of York. Coordinating staff and subcontractors to ensure efficiency. Planning and scheduling site activities. Ensuring projects progress on time and within budget. Attending and leading progress meetings. Maintaining safety and quality standards. Requirements: Site management experience in commercial and industrial projects. Ability to plan and manage construction operations. Strong leadership and communication skills. HNC, HND, or Degree in Construction preferred. SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card, and relevant certifications. Full UK driving licence.
