Role Overview:

You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, offering insights and recommendations on HR and organisational development matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Transformation: Steer the company through its transformation phase, enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency.
* Boost Employee Engagement: Create and implement innovative strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and development.
* Drive Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the organisation.
* Shape Organisational Values and Vision: Lead the development and implementation of new organisational values and vision, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Oversee HR Operations: Manage HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Provide Strategic Leadership: Offer strategic direction and leadership for all HR functions, aligning HR initiatives with the company's goals and objectives.
* Support the Executive Team: Assist in building and developing the executive team, ensuring the right talent is in place to drive the company's success.
