Vacancy Description
Duties:
* Provide excellent first line IT support to the user community
* Work with the Senior ICT Technician and Network Manager to resolve ICT helpdesk issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Carry out a programme of repairs and maintenance in order to ensure the working order of ICT related resources
* Assist school staff in configuring workstations and systems to ensure effectiveness
* Adding and updating inventory records of all ICT equipment
* Assisting with the implementation of ICT projects and training users in the use of new equipment
* Work safely and make Health and Safety observations on behalf of and make reports to the Network Manager
* Assist with the maintenance and transport of Chromebooks and their trollies between lessons and classrooms
