Are you an HR professional with a passion for hospitality? We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel near Truro. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws, while maintaining the hotel’s traditional and elegant brand
* Oversee employee onboarding and performance management processes, providing support and guidance to managers and staff
* Promote a fair and respectful work environment by resolving employee relations issues and mediating conflicts with the support of external HR services
* Deliver and coordinate staff training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and overall team performance
* Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance the overall employee experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven HR experience in the hospitality industry – essential
* Recruitment experience with a strong understanding of talent sourcing and selection
* CIPD Level 5 qualification desired but not essential
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Ability to prioritise tasks and handle confidential information with discretion
* Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite
