Morrison Water Services is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on our United Utilities contract based in Preston.
As the Site Manager, you will ensure all task teams work undertaken are safe and in line with procedures and best practice. You will work closely with highway inspectors, traffic management, supervisors, and client teams. You will monitor risk assessments and set up sites to ensure NRSWA guidelines are delivered. You will also need to monitor the team's activities to maintain clean and safe work sites, inspecting all work and equipment for any defects. You will be committed to delivering the programme efficiently to maximize SLA and contract KPIs.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safety and compliance with procedures and best practices.
2. Work closely with various teams including highway inspectors and traffic management.
3. Monitor risk assessments and site setups in accordance with NRSWA guidelines.
4. Inspect work and equipment for defects to maintain safety standards.
5. Deliver the programme efficiently to maximize SLA and contract KPIs.
Minimum Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience of the water industry.
* Effective management of sub-contractors.
* Project and programme management skills.
* Water SHEA or CSCS certification (essential).
* Current driving license (essential).
