Being a Visitor Experience Officer for the National Trust is all about people – connecting with them, inspiring them, and making sure they have the best possible day when they come to visit.
You'll be a member of the Surrey Landscapes Visitor Experience team and will be based at Claremont, near Esher, Surrey. Claremont is open 363 days a year, daily from 10am – 5pm during the summer months, 4pm during the winter months. The role will be predominantly based at Claremont but may very occasionally work cross portfolio supporting the team at Winkworth and Runnymede. This is a full time, 5 day a week post, which involves working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis and as required to cover events at the property.
The advertised salary is inclusive of the Outer London Weighting allowance of £3315 per annum. What it's like to work here
