What you'll need:
* A car and valid UK driving license
* A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years
* Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Statement of NMC Registration
* Degree / Diploma in Nursing
* Awareness of current issues in community nursing
* Clinically up-to-date
* Knowledge of the principles of manual handling and blood borne disease
* Completion of required Trust mandatory training updates
* Contribute to own personal development
* Assist with learning and development activities
Experience
* A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years.
* Car driver with clean licence
* Awareness of personal safety
