What’s currently on offer:
Early and Late shifts
Pay ranging from £11.50 to £14.50 per hour
Weekly Pay (paid in lieu)
Full-time work, on fixed hours
Work into 2025, with a push towards going permanent from January
Immediate starts (1-day advance in some cases)
Your role as a Production Operative:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely
Ensure high-quality production output and adhere to company standards
Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow production schedules and timelines to meet targets
Support the team with general production tasks as needed
Assist in inventory management and stock control
The perfect Production Operative will have:
Experience in production operations and equipment handling
Ability to follow strict quality control and safety guidelines
Proficiency with production systems and machinery
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of output
Organizational skills to ensure smooth production processes
Strong time management to meet operational deadlines
