Senior Account Executive
Package: Basic £80,000 - £90,000 + £30,000-£60,000 OTE (uncapped)
Selling: Software Consultancy & IT Professional Services
Clients Include: AWS, Santander, EY, Tesco
Location: Remote with occasional London Office trips - you will need to be within 1h London

You will be selling a world class services portfolio including software modernisation, product development, learning and advisory, strategic advice in to a broad range of industries and markets.

You will join an already established and fast-growing company and will be responsible for driving new business. You will be networking with key decision makers, driving sales process and drawing on the expertise of our business. Working collaboratively with the wider teams, your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying opportunities at prospective clients, crafting new business proposals and driving these through the sales cycle to close. This will involve building and sustaining multi-level relationships and selling, with the overall success being sustainable growth. You will also have the support of an SDR.
You will need to have a highly consultative approach to business development; gaining credibility with client partners by holding insight-driven conversations. They are looking for someone who is able to apply the “consultative solution selling” methodology based on delivery and outcomes to achieve revenue goals. AOV’s can easily be £500k - £2m with sales cycles of anywhere from 1 – 12 months so it is key you have worked in a similar IT professional services sales environment before.
The role: Senior Account Executive
* To generate sustainable revenue by growing their client base
* To leverage your existing network and our partner network to generate new opportunities
* in the London and South East
* Develop GTM and sales strategy by collecting and providing market insights to the
* wider company and marketing, and delivering feedback on our product and service
* offerings.
* To work proactively on outbound sales prospecting activities into both target accounts
* and target customer segments.
* Work collaboratively with Professional Services to drive growth within their current
* client portfolio in addition to increasing brand awareness and new business
* opportunities.
* Ensure delivery and operations are aware and engaged for the planning of pre-sales expertise and project delivery consultants, as opportunities progress through the sales pipeline.
* Work with the marketing team: foster leads through these channels by participating in events, and support the team by providing input on any collateral and sales toolkits.
Experience required: Senior Account Executive
* 2+ years experience selling IT professional services around Software Modernisation, IT Services, Digital Transformation, Strategic Advice, Learning & Development etc
* Proven new business experience within Mid-Market – Enterprise sized clients, managing longer sales cycles and high AOV’s
* Ability to engage with CTO’s and other senior decision makers involved in software modernisation projects
* Comfortable taking ownership for the sales process from lead generation through to close
* Located in the South of the UK - with the ability to be in London as and when required
