As an Apprentice, you will be paid above the national minimum wage and for your normal working hours plus time to do your college work, with the opportunity to gain real-life experiences such as working in people’s homes, getting involved in community projects, and improving people’s lives by being customer-focused.
This apprenticeship will take around 12 months to complete and will result in gaining your NVQ level 3 in customer service.
About the role:
As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be developing within the role guided by your mentor. The role will be based within our customer service team working from our branch in Tonbridge. One day a week is allocated to complete your college coursework, and the option to work from home when completing this is available.
You will not be required to attend college; all courses are online, and assessments are submitted via a secure portal.
You will be involved in a wide range of activities including data analysis, using this information to support both complaints and compliments from clients, tenants, and residents. You will also attend meetings, site visits, and arrange social value events with local schools and community groups.
For this position, you will need to be living within a 10-mile radius of the branch and will be responsible for making your own way into the office.
Role Criteria:
* GCSE pass grade in both Math and English (Grade 4 and above or grade C and above)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.

* We will contact you to confirm if you have been selected for the next round, which would either be an invitation to an assessment centre or individual interviews.
* Please note that you will be required to complete a basic Math & English test during the selection process, which are similar to the assessments you would need to take in order to join the college.
