Job Title: Carpenter/Multi Trader - Temp to Perm
Area: Yeovil and Surrounding
Pay: £23 p/h
Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Nuco Solutions is looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work on their properties in and around Yeovil. Van and fuel card provided.
Duties will include:
* Plumbing
* Carpentry
* Plastering
* Tiling
* Floor laying
* Kitchen and Bathroom fitting
* Painting and decorating
Requirements:
* Strong Carpentry skills
* Wide variety of trades experience
* Social housing experience
* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry is desired but not essential
* Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Demonstrate knowledge of company values and behaviours
