What You'll Do as a Year 6 Teacher:
* Inspire and Engage: Plan, deliver, and lead exciting lessons that ignite curiosity and cater to the diverse needs of Year 6 students, all while aligning with the national curriculum.
* Prepare Students for Success: Guide your students through their SATs preparations with confidence-building techniques, ensuring they feel equipped and ready for the assessments.
* Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and track students' development, offering constructive feedback and adjusting teaching approaches to support their unique learning styles.
* Create a Positive, Inclusive Environment: Foster a classroom culture that promotes creativity, enthusiasm, and respect, where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work closely with fellow teachers and support staff to share ideas, resources, and strategies that will help all students succeed academically.
* Maintain Effective Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and working together to address any concerns.

What We're Looking for in a Year 6 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) within the UK.
* Proven Experience: Experience teaching Year 6 or upper Key Stage 2, with a deep understanding of the national curriculum.
* SATs Preparation: Demonstrated ability to prepare students for SATs, with knowledge of assessment standards.
* Strong Classroom Management: A dynamic approach to maintaining focus, motivation, and a positive classroom environment.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Able to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Collaborative and Proactive: Enjoy working as part of a team and sharing ideas to improve student outcomes.
* Up-to-date Safeguarding Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.
* Enhanced DBS: Must have an up-to-date enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply.
