As a Senior Channel Executive, you will support the acquisition team to acquire, protect, and convert our digital strategy. You’ll have an opportunity to make a big impact in business trading and channel performance.
You will action tasks ranging from campaign implementation to reporting of our online campaigns across our key marketing platforms, primarily focused on our paid search channels.
You will support the rollout of the paid search channel strategy. You will assist in the creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. You will highlight issues and report on performance that will increase incremental revenue and build occupancy.

What you’ll do:
1. Support the trading actions of the business by implementing digital campaigns, ensuring the campaigns are targeting our commercial goals and results are being correctly tracked.
2. Using trade reports and platform data, diagnose the performance of the campaigns. Suggest changes and tests to drive the performance and efficiency of the channels towards the business goals.
3. Liaise with key stakeholders from external agencies and third-party suppliers to steer workload and improve performance.
4. Support the Search team's project work, driving the actions that are needed to keep projects on deadline.
What we need:
1. Knowledge of how to implement digital paid advertising in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
2. Knowledge of the latest Google and Microsoft products.
3. Highly analytical and data-driven.
4. Ability to speak confidently to external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Able to produce insightful reporting and suggest actions.
6. Demonstrable marketing experience.
7. Ability to work with a portfolio of partners.
8. Experience working to budgets and commercial targets.
