Person specification Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Delivering high quality evidenced base clinical care in line with Defence Medical guidelines Joint Service Publication (JSP 950), associated Defence Rehabilitation policy, National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines and Best Practice Guidelines. Formulating, developing, and delivering a specialised individualised treatment programmes and exercise programmes based upon evidence-based practice, manual assessment and appropriate clinical reasoning. Using clinical reasoning skills to provide an accurate clinical diagnosis. Engaging and supporting the work of the practice multidisciplinary team to aid patient treatment pathways plans involving both on island and UK treatment facilities. Working with the Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor (ERI) as a clinical team in the delivery on inpatient courses and development of individual patient goal led rehabilitation. Essential Qualifications & Registrations Degree in Physiotherapy plus additional specialist training or experience to post graduate diploma level or equivalent.
