Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products thats quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Food Technologist to join their development team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Supporting project coordination activities within the R and D department
Creation and management of internal specifications of raw material, packaging and finished products
Planning, implementing and assisting with trials of products
Supporting additional R and D functions across the department and business
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Strong knowledge of food safety principles
Experience working within a food industry in a technical, R and D, technologist position
Food Science Degree
Strong NPD knowledge
